How to Join Hadra?

Joining Hadra happens in three steps:
 

  1. Purchase the General Access Pass (€450)

This gives you access to all ceremonies, concerts, workshops, and community gatherings.

​

  2. Choose your accommodation option

Select the desert home that suits you best.

​

  3. Add optional experiences
Transportation, extra activities, healing sessions, and special dinners can be booked as add-ons.

 

Accommodation packages include 4 nights in the desert camp with breakfast and dinner included.

​

Only a limited number of guests will gather for this edition of Hadra.

Concert Tickets

Join the Gathering

General Hadra Access — €450 (early bird)​
 

This ticket gives access to the full 5-day Hadra project experience.

​

What’s Included :

• Access to the opening night with the  Nomads of Merzouga Desert

• Full Gnawa Lila Ceremony Celebration
• All concerts & ceremonies during the 4 nights that follow
• Workshops and integration circles during the day and sunset

• The Sensual Diner in the Orient Desert Camp (tickets sold separately)
• Main Cosmic Nomad party from sunset to sunrise at the closing

Accommodation, transport, and extras.

Please note: Extra activities (Private healing sessions, extra meals, excursions) and accommodation are not included and are priced separately.

Volunteer Hadra Access — €260

​

Deposit? Huh ? What does that mean? 

 

Well if you actually show up to your shifts and be the angel you promised to be, your manager will give us feedback and by the end of the gathering you can get back your deposit. 

 

Volunteers work 4 hours a day in areas where support is needed,  kitchen, production, music, hosting, facilitation, or assisting.

 

Volunteers receive: 

 

  • Full access to all events and workshops

  • 2 free meals per day + Water

  • Accommodation by bringing your own tent (no extra fees)

  • Possibility to benefit from a ready tent for 140 euros instead of 240 euros

  • The opportunity to co-create and deeply connect with the Hadra community.

Accommodation Options

​Accommodation packages do not include the Hadra General Access Pass (€450), which is required for all participants except volunteers (see conditions).

Sultan Pass (Up to 2 Guests)​

​​

Limited to 6 Sultan tents.

 

The ultimate Hadra experience : Private Luxury Tent + Artist Sponsorship.

 

Step into the desert like royalty. For those who feel called to Support AND Receive.

This package includes a spacious luxury desert tent for two guests offering elevated comfort and privacy in the heart of the desert.

​

Guests of the Sultan Pass benefit from a dedicated private concierge service throughout the gathering to assist with a personalised shopping experience, priority on bookings for all experiences, and 24/7 assistance for any personal needs.

Total Price : €3000 (for the tent)

Price per person : €375/night

Love Birds Pass (2 Guests)

Private double Tent. 

​

This option includes a 4-night stay in a private double tent for two guests.

Designed for intimacy and comfort.

Nomad Pass (3 Guests)

​

Shared Moroccan Tent. 

​

This option includes a 4-night stay in a triple tent shared by three guests.

Comfortable and cozy, these tents are ideal for friends or small groups who want to share the magic of the desert together while enjoying the Hadra experience.

Desert Camping Pass

​

Bring Your Own Tent or Camper Van

For guests who prefer to stay independently while still being part of the Hadra community.

​

Participants may bring their own tent, camper van, or overland vehicle and stay in the designated camping area of the desert camp.

​

This option includes:

• Access to the camping area
• Access to shared bathrooms and showers
• Access to all common spaces of the camp

​

Price: €240 per vehicle / tent for the full stay

Price per night : €60
Duration: 4 nights

The Hadra General Access Pass is required separately.

​

Volunteer Pass

​

For those who wish to co-create Hadra.

Bring your own tent and stay for free while contributing your energy to the gathering.

​

Ready tent option: €140

Price per night : €35

Book additional Experiences/Services

To make your Hadra journey even richer, we offer a selection of optional experiences and services. These are not included in the General Access Fee or Accommodation Passes.

Transportation 

​

  • From Marrakech (12-hour trip in minivan of 12 people) or from Errachidia Airport (2hours drive by car or taxi) €90 per person (round trip)

  • Private driver / 4x4 from Marrakech airport or Errachidia Airport : €300 (Capacity 2-3 people — we can arrange match-making)

​

Meals 

​

  • Extra meal per day: €35 per person

  • Sensual Dinner: €150 per person


Healing & Experiences 

​

  • Massage Healing Session: €220

  • 4x4 Excursion / Quad / Camel Ride / Sandboarding: €80 per person

​

All extras can be booked in advance or during the event depending on availability.
