Rules & Responsibilities
Participation Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Hadra Project, you agree to respect the community guidelines, event rules, and the safety and well-being of all participants, staff, and the environment.​
Code of Conduct:
- Behave respectfully towards others, including fellow participants, organizers, and staff.
- Any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence will result in immediate removal without a refund.
- Respect the sacred nature of ceremonies and activities by following instructions and maintaining a respectful attitude.
Personal Responsibility:
- Participants are responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, and behavior throughout the event.
- You agree to take full responsibility for any physical or emotional challenges that may arise from participating in activities such as workshops, ceremonies, or other event experiences.
- If you have a medical condition, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before attending.
Health Disclosures:
- It is mandatory to disclose any allergies, illnesses, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions prior to the event.
- Participants are responsible for fully communicating this information to the Hadra Project team by email or during the registration process. Failure to do so releases the organizers from any liability arising from uncommunicated health issues.
- For severe allergies or conditions requiring medication, participants must bring all necessary supplies (e.g., EpiPens, inhalers) and inform the staff of their location for emergencies.
Environmental Responsibility:
- Help us preserve the beauty of the location by not littering and respecting the natural surroundings.
- Follow all recycling and waste disposal guidelines provided at the venue.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Tickets:
All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except in the event of a cancellation by the organizers.
Ticket Transfers:
If you cannot attend, tickets can be transferred to another individual by contacting the organizers at least 14 days prior to the event. A transfer fee may apply.
Force Majeure :
The organizers are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics). In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Cancellations by Attendees:
- No refunds will be granted for voluntary cancellations by attendees.​
- In the case of a verified emergency, we may offer the option to transfer your ticket to the next edition of the Hadra Project, subject to availability, in any of the locations where the event will take place.
Event Postponement:
In case of postponement, tickets will automatically be valid for the new dates. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled entirely.
Travel Insurance
Mandatory Travel Insurance
- Participants are required to purchase travel insurance that covers:
- Trip cancellations or interruptions.
- Medical expenses, including emergencies and evacuation.
- Lost or stolen personal items.
Liability Waiver:
- The Hadra Project and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses incurred during the event or travel to/from the event.
- By attending, you agree to release the organizers from any liability related to unforeseen circumstances affecting your participation.
Proof of Insurance:
- Proof of valid travel insurance may be requested during registration. Failure to provide this may result in denial of entry without a refund.
General Guidelines
Age Restriction:
Participants must be 21 years or older unless otherwise specified.
Health Disclaimer:
Activities such as meditation, yoga, ceremonies, and workshops may not be suitable for everyone. It is your responsibility to assess your ability to participate safely.
Photography and Media:
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the organizers prior to the event.
Arrival and Departure:
Participants must adhere to the event schedule for arrival and departure. Late arrivals or early departures may forfeit certain experiences without refunds.
